Interval Loader box labeling bug in Level 74

Postby MattV » Thu Nov 29, 2007 9:49 pm

I am currently on Level 74 in Interval Loader (double notes descending). For each box on this level, a chord progression is played followed by two notes. The player must correctly choose the scale degrees for the notes played, in the order played. Cargo items for these notes are placed in the box and then the box is automatically labeled with the interval formed by the two scale degrees.

The scale degrees available to the player at Level 74 are the donut, mirror, and feet. When a descending interval of donut followed by mirror is played, the box is incorrectly labeled with a mirror. It should be labeled with a ladybug in this case.

I also noticed that the descending interval of 'mirror' followed by 'feet' was never played. If it had been played, the correct box label would have been 'table'.

On level 75, a similar bug occurs when 'rain' becomes available. A descending interval from 'donut' to 'rain' is incorrectly labeled with 'rain' instead of 'table'.

And on level 76, when 'lock' becomes available, a descending interval from 'donut' to 'lock' is labeled with 'lock' instead of 'mailbox'. Is this by design? I don't understand it at all.

On level 77, what do you know---a descending interval from 'donut' to 'teapot' is labeled with 'teapot' instead of 'deer'. I wonder, is it only descending intervals beginning with 'donut' that have this problem?

It is a bug-- in the program, doughnut is note 0, so it does the math incorrectly. I had better fix that...
