Truth be told...I never thought to use the reply button simply because each item I posted was unrelated. On other boards, topics discussed in a unrelated topic tend to not get read. So I had the same concern here. Now that I know the etiquette of this forum, I am glad to follow suit. Besides, it see...

Can intelligence hinder gaining perfect pitch.

Sorry, I mean Absolute pitch. Just a thought, When learning how to hear pitch, is it more of a, the ear will finally GET IT! Here's my point, I have been approaching ETC from a intellectual listening stance. Could it be that my ear has to break through on it's own, and finally GET IT. I have been tr...

The following happens, April 12, between 9pm and 11pm

2 solid weeks of practice with ETC. Progress was a bit low. Blaster is still elusive. With Chord Fall I finally got enough points or something to keep the rodent after the walrace on board after last session. This was encouraging. The best progress was with interval loader. I was able to step back ...

KosciaK, I had a feeling you were in another country, your name of course isn't a traditional US name like john, bob hahahahaha Sorry to state the obvious, I'm sure you knew that I did notice the typing of words; however you're far from not making sense. This reply was cut short as something more pr...

Forgive my ignorance. CHRIS HELP

Chris, I know you're performing now, but will it be long before you've solved the benchmarking in APB? I am kind of looking to track my progress soon. Kind of surprise it died in 4.1 as the demo version benchmarking works fine. For now I will switch back to the demo version of ETC and use APB there....

Absolute pitch question?

When a person is born with perfect pitch, do they know the name of the notes also in thier minds. Or do they learn the name? How do they find out they have perfect pitch. If they learn the note name, how is it discovered they have it? Or when they hear a song on the radio as a kid do they say "Do yo...

KosciaK, thanks for the reply. I've heard a simular thing that a habit takes 3 weeks to finally become routine. Basically what you said . Concerning the posting in one place. That's a reasonable request. Thanks for the encouragement. I noticed you have had quite a successful run. You seem to be maki...

Despite frustratation the game stays fun.

I believe that even though I am not making the transition between game and real world. I am still motivated, as the game is truly quite fun. I have a feeling that because of this I will get there. I think the single reason, most of the time, to why I haven't achieved prefect and relative pitch is fr...

That said I too am finding that though I am three animals past the snake, Chord Fall will not recognize that I in fact am. So everytime I enter the game I am force to start at the snake. This isn't a problem now as I can use the practice; however as I get better I dread the thought of having to sta...
